Prohibition Pig Brewery is the down and dirty side of Prohibition Pig. Our brewery and restaurant are located in Waterbury, the food and beverage crossroads. We have 22 taps featuring an ever changing rotaion of house and guest draft beers. Our brewery produces a variety of smooth, full bodied and refreshing beers ranging from our fan favorite Bantam DIPA to crisp clean lagers like Kellerbier or a nice dark Vanilla Bean Porter.

The brewery, located behind the restaurant is a great place for beer geeks and newcomers alike to hang out, enjoy a beer and tacos. Everything is self sat back here so belly up to the bar or order at the register to grab a beer and have your food delivered to you. During the warmer months the patio is a great place to grab a beer and soak in a little sun. The patio is dog friendly so feel free to bring your four-legged pal.

We offer crowlers and a variety of growler sizes so you can take a taste of Pro Pig home. Or check out our gift shop and bring home some Pro Pig swag!

If full service is more your style, please join us in the restaurant where you can try our house drafts along side a full menu of barbecue and cozy American fare. The restaurant also offers a collection of eclectic wines and proper cocktails to keep the whole party happy no matter what your drink of choice.

Here at Prohibition Pig, we are a locally owned restaurant and brewery dedicated to bringing you the freshest, high quality food possible. We make everything in house, fresh every day and use locally raised, all-natural meats and local produce when in season. We recycle everything possible and are proud members of the Vermont Fresh Network.
