1487 Brewery is a love letter to the biergartens and rolling hills of Bavaria by using traditional ingredients and brewing techniques with a modern American twist. Originally established by Feudal Decree in the year 1487, the Reinheitsgebot is the oldest, still enforced food and beverage law in the world. Inspired by this law, we import all ingredients and have a German Brewhouse to create authentic German Beers in Ohio. 1487 Brewery has established itself as a Bavarian-style Brewery & Craft Kitchen destination in the Plain City, Dublin, & Columbus Ohio area & beyond. 1487 Brewery: Born in Bavaria - Raised in Ohio.
